The core module of work4all: emails, appointments, letters, Microsoft teams, tasks, tickets — employees communicate with customers, suppliers and business partners through various channels. work4all presents all communication clearly in the digital customer, supplier or project file. Marketing campaigns can also be managed from here and sales opportunities can be maintained.

Commercial functions (ERP)

Offers, orders, delivery notes, invoices — all of these can be created in no time with work4all. The transparent presentation of commercial processes enables your employees to quickly master work4all. Still, also complex processes can be mapped. Proven integrations to Datev and other financial accounting programs lead to a fully digital and understandable commercial process.

Project Management

Projects help with organization, you can see the entire communication (CRM) and all commercial documents (ERP) of all team members clearly in the project file. Projects also help with cost control: Project times can be tracked and allocated to projects (own contributions) and incoming invoices can be assigned (external services). The result is a project contribution margin statement, an essential component of corporate management. work4all also supports project planning and management with the plan calendar.

App / Mobile

You can use work4all as a desktop solution on Windows PCs, via app on iPhones or Android phones, or in a browser. On mobile devices, various functions are available for decision makers (dashboard), sales representatives (all customer information) or fitters (delivery notes on site). The work4all warehouse software can also be used on Android-based warehouse scanners.

HR/ Personnel

work4all offers several additional modules in the areas of working time recording, vacation management and approval and travel expenses/credit card accounting. As always, all modules are fully integrated into work4all and therefore offer many added values — including accessible from mobile via app.
For example, you can convert employee travel expenses as an incoming invoice and pay them directly through work4all's online banking integration, you can evaluate working hours and compare them with project times, and much more.

In work4all erfassen Sie komfortabel Belege per Drag&Drop oder Scan, die allen Kollegen mit den entsprechenden Rechten zur Verfügung stehen. Eingangsrechnungen können genehmigt werden, Kreditkartenbelege gesammelt, usw. Alle Belege können nach Datev oder ein anderes Buchhaltungsprogramm exportiert werden – sogar mit Buchungsvorschlägen, die aus hinterlegten FiBu-Konten im Artikel automatisch erzeugt werden.
