Importing data from external systems to work4all

When starting with new business software such as work4all, there are two options: You start from scratch or you transfer your old data. The first option allows you to avoid poorly maintained data with duplicates and start fresh. However, with work4all, you can also transfer data from previous systems. For this purpose, there is a standard Excel import for customers, suppliers, and items. Other data imports can be conducted by us individually.

Importing customers and suppliers

For the import, we provide Excel sheets with predefined fields. Here, you can enter your customers with contact details, for example, and import them independently using our Excel import feature.

All at a glance

The so-called work4all desktop shows the master data of the business partner such as address, contact details, contact person and even commercial figures, e.g. sales or open items. By connecting to your Telephone system (TAPI) call your business partner directly from work4all and immediately recognize the incoming caller.

Importing and updating item data

In many industries, you may receive updated price lists from your suppliers in regular cycles and want to update them in your product base. Using the Excel article import, you can overwrite the articles with new prices; for example, only the purchase prices of the respective supplier are then changed.
