The project administration ensures that all documents, communication and commercial topics are stored in an orderly manner. Projects are also the basis for your resource planning and controlling.

Mobile time tracking
Project times are tracked directly on site, e.g. on the construction site, using the work4all app. The stress of tracking time in the office is now a thing of the past. In the desktop version of work4all, the times can then be converted into performance records or invoices. Together with external services (incoming invoices), all project costs are kept up to date on a daily basis.
Document management (DMS)
Documents are at the heart of information in an engineering office. All project documents such as reports, plans, photos, etc. are stored clearly in work4all. In the background, files can be stored in standardized project folders on your server. For example, external departments can also store files in these project folders via Windows Explorer and these documents are visible and accessible in work4all.
Project planning with the plan calendar
In internal and customer projects, you plan colleagues, possibly subcontractors, equipment, vehicles and work materials. The plan calendar helps you plan “who, when and where” with tasks, bar chart (GANTT) and scheduling. Your employees automatically receive appointments and can report back work statuses.
Project controlling as a measure of success
In project controlling, as a decision maker, you see external and in-house contributions on a daily basis. This allows you to notice early on whether the project is getting out of hand or whether your planned figures are being achieved.
Tracked project times are compared with the planned values and can be conveniently invoiced at the push of a button.
