The maintenance/subscription invoices module brings order and automated billing for your maintenance, service or rental contracts. This is not only interesting for software companies or IT/Internet service providers who regularly charge maintenance contracts or hosting fees, but also for service providers from the technical-craft sector, such as fire protection systems or heating systems. The services to be billed and the billing cycle are recorded once per customer and per contract and all invoices are then created at the push of a button. The result: transparent and time-saving billing.

Quick overview of current contracts

The contract list can be grouped as you like, for example by business areas or billing cycles. With one click, all contracts due are visible and ready for billing. The detailed view shows all relevant contract items.

The subscription process automatically creates all invoices (or orders/delivery notes) for all contracts that are due or marked. In this way, not only can recurring invoices be created, but also offers for the next maintenance service. The title can be individually designed, as can the additional information (e.g. the contract number).

Result: Ready-to-Send Invoices

The header and final texts as well as the items of all documents are automatically inserted from predefined templates. The contract contents linked to the articles result in a statement with correct accounting positions and revenue accounts (including accruals). The figures in the statistics and the profit and loss statement (P&L) are also immediately available.

The created documents can be printed out in bulk or sent electronically by serial delivery.
