With pre-defined item master data and templates, quotes can be created with just a few clicks. All master data is pulled from customer information. Quotes can be sent directly via email from work4all.

Ordering system
With the ordering system, you can order replenishment from the item list and convert material or subcontractors required from customer orders into an order. Central purchasing, which is controlled by demand requirements, can also be represented.
Controlling, forecasting & liquidity
You will certainly receive monthly evaluations (“BWA”) from your accounting department or tax advisor — usually around one month after the monthly closing. With work4all, your company's financial situation is available on a daily basis.
Disposition of rental equipment
