Device management as a history of products delivered to customers

The work4all inventory management system handles both serial number and batch items in item management. All device data, such as warranty information, is accessible via the serial number at any time. Goods receipts and issues are documented, along with other device-specific documentation.

In the case of a complaint or return, you can process the repair order or return directly in the device management, for example, using the fully integrated work4all ticket system.

Ticket system with connection to devices

You have delivered several machines to your customer, who is now reporting an incident. Create a ticket, select the device (here the machine) that concerns it and give the ticket to the responsible team, who can edit it on the smartphone or tablet. With the ticket, the sales force has access to all documentation as well as communications with the customer.
