If you want to use work4all in our cloud, there are only a few system requirements for the workplace.

If you want to host work4all on premise yourself, please check whether your systems meet the following requirements. Our recommendations apply to medium-sized companies (approx. 30 jobs). Requirements for larger companies upon request. We assume a server system that only provides the database system as a service.

In principle, work4all — compared to many competitors — is software that “fully integrated” combines all CRM, ERP and project management functions without interfaces. In addition, there are external special modules such as mobile warehouse scanners, the work4all app, work4all Mobile/Web or a cash register, which are firmly integrated into work4all processes.

work4all can be used flexibly as a desktop application, as an app for iOS and Android devices, and in a browser. There are various additional applications in the browser, mobil on iOS or Android devices and additional devices such as warehouse scanners or cash registers. Modern technical architecture

work4all is based on a Microsoft SQL Server database. For the generation of commercial forms the SAP Crystal Reports software (offers, invoices, etc.) is used. Additional applications such as mobile warehouse scanners are connected via API 2.0. This REST API can also be used for own developments; documentation is available.
