You have two options for getting your data from web shops to work4all: The work4all SHOP module, a web-based B2B online shop, which gives your customers access to your items (and even inventory) and can automatically trigger orders on this basis. In addition, mostly for B2C web shops, there is the semi-automatic work4all web shop interface module, which imports customer master data and orders from your web shop to work4all. The aim of both modules is to manage orders from online shops in work4all with little effort.

your all-in-one solution

Option 1 - work4all SHOP

Direct connection with the work4all SHOP

With the work4all SHOP, your customers can see and order the items from your work4all database in your web shop. Each customer only sees those approved for him items — with pictures, descriptions, and even inventory or rental stocks. The shop is particularly suitable if you have existing customers who regularly order recurring products from you. The benefits:

  • 24/7 information for your customers about your products
  • Your customer works with current data without an interface
  • Digital orders from your customers
  • Strong customer loyalty through branded web shop

Option 2 - The web shop interface

Interface to your own web shops

This additional module helps to transfer customer data and orders from web shops to work4all using the XML format importing. The interface was deliberately designed to be semi-automatically and requires a clerk to avoid wrong deliveries due to incorrect entries. The process is simple:

  • Orders from your online shop are converted into orders via drag & drop.
  • If the customer is found using the customer number, the order can be assigned directly. If there is no customer number, the customer is created with payment data.
  • The order items result from the allocation to your item data.
  • The order can then be converted into a delivery note and an invoice and the items can be booked from the warehouse.
