Item management is at the heart of work4all's ERP system or inventory management — all products, services, inventory items, parts lists and activities are managed here. All relevant item data is stored centrally and can be retrieved during all commercial processes.

The item list shows all item master data at a glance and offers convenient search functions. The automatic price adjustment and export and import functions enable a quick exchange of price lists. Product images and other important documents such as test reports are also stored in the item.

Inventory management on an item basis - fully integrated

Item stocks can be filtered by warehouse locations or display as a total inventory. The inventory management in work4all also enables the digital management of warehouse items in storage areas using the mobile warehouse scanner via the app.

The inventory management can be used for traditional high-rack warehouses, smaller storage locations, project warehouses, or mobile storage locations such as delivery vans.

Bill of materials for items with multiple components
